Shipping fees depend on the size and weight of the item ordered. All shipping fees are displayed before checkout in the shopping basket. The shipping costs do not include additional fees like customs charges. For countries outside the EU, customs duties and possibly other fees as well as costs of the transport companies in connection with customs may apply. For more information about fees, customs charges and taxes, contact the relevant authority in your country. 

Availability / Delivery

If we have not clearly stated otherwise (in the product description), all of our products are available for dispatch immediately and will usually be shipped the same day or the next business day. 

Delivery times within the EU

Orders are usually dispatched on the same or the next working day. The estimated delivery times after dispatch are:

• Germany: 1–3 working days
  Neighbouring EU countries (Austria, the Netherlands, Belgium, Luxembourg, France, Poland, the Czech Republic): 2–4 working days
  Other EU countries: 3–7 working days
